摘要
为结合不同地区小麦播量差异较大的生产实际,进行了小麦播量和不同用量吡虫啉拌种田间试验及室内农药残留测定,研究了其对麦蚜防治效果和安全性的影响。结果表明,不同拌种量的70%吡虫啉WS对麦蚜的防效为83. 10%~98. 58%,持效期长达整个小麦生长期;在麦蚜种群数量上升期,对麦蚜的防治效果随吡虫啉拌种量和小麦播量增加而增加,各处理对小麦发芽和出苗均无影响。小麦千粒质量增加率为12. 32%~31. 06%,增产率为42. 57%~63. 77%,小麦千粒质量增加率随小麦播量增加呈增加趋势,增产率随吡虫啉拌量或者小麦播种量增加呈增加趋势。小麦子粒中农药残留量均低于国家农药残留最高限量。明确了小麦播量225 kg·hm^(-2)和70%吡虫啉WS 420 g·hm^(-2)用量对麦蚜防控作用和增产效果明显,可作为防治小麦全生长期蚜虫的经济安全有效用量。
Based on the difference in sowing rate of wheat in different area,this study was to investigate the sowing rate of wheat,control efficacy and residue of imidacloprid as seed dressing agent against wheat aphids using in door pesticide residue determination and field trail methods.The results showed that,seeds treated 70%(WS)of imidacloprid with different dressing ration,the control efficacy reached 83.10%~98.58%,and had long lasting-period through whole wheat growing seasons but had no influence on seeds germination and emergency.The control efficacy increased with the sowing rate and dressing dosage of imidacloprid during the population of aphids rose.The 1 000-grain weight and yield were increased 12.32%~31.06%and 42.57%~63.77%,respectively.The grain weight tended to increase with an increase of sowing rate of wheat,and the yield increased with the sowing rate or seeding dosage of imidacloprid increased.The residue of imidacloprid in all treatments in kernel was far below the national standard.It suggests that the sowing rate of 225 kg·hm-2 imidacloprid 70%WS 420 g·hm-2 was an optimal treatment for seed dressing to effectively control aphids and enhance wheat yield in safety and economic practice of wheat production.
