摘要
煤炭运输往往伴随着较为严重的煤灰扬尘,不仅造成了环境污染和宝贵资源的浪费,也是诱发道路交通事故的重要隐患。文章基于对目前我国北方山区丘陵地带煤炭运输道路存在的煤灰扬尘现状的调查分析,从研究煤灰的物理特性及其在路上丢弃并形成积灰扬尘的原因和机理出发,在对道路养护工程中的传统处置工艺和方法进行分析基础上,提出了相应的技术优化和改进建议,特别是提出了煤灰的水雾吸附和湿式处置的相关工艺过程及其主要技术参数的选择和量化方法。
Coal transportation is often accompanied by more serious dust from coal ash,which not only causes environmental pollution and waste of valuable resources,but also is an important hidden danger that induces road traffic accidents.Based on the investigation and analysis of the status of coal dust dust existing in the coal transportation roads in the hilly areas of northern China,from the study of the physical properties of coal ash and the causes and mechanisms of discarding and forming dust accumulation on the road,in the road maintenance project Based on the analysis of the traditional disposal processes and methods,the corresponding technical optimization and improvement suggestions are proposed.In particular,the related process of water mist adsorption and wet treatment of coal ash and the selection and quantification of main technical parameters are proposed.
