5万t/a加压法气相淬冷三聚氰胺装置主要工艺参数确定及试车问题分析与解决

摘要 针对国内多数三聚氰胺装置产量不达设计要求的现状,以阳煤丰喜5万t/a加压法气相淬冷三聚氰胺联产尿素装置为例,介绍了主要设备物料及热量的衡算过程,确定了装置的主要工艺参数,对试车时出现的系统压力偏高、成品包装罐无进料、冷风机振动量大、热气过滤器内氨气泄漏、成品包装风机出口气体夹带三聚氰胺、成品中催化剂含量超标等问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的处理措施,实现了装置的满负荷生产。 With respect to the existing situation that most melamine plants in China fail to reach the design capacity,taking Yangmei Fengxi 50 000 t/a melamine co-production of urea plant with pressurized gas phase quenching process as an example,the material balance and heat balance processes of main equipment were introduced,and main process parameters were determined.The analysis was made on the problems during the plant test run,such as high system pressure,no production feeding to finished product packaging tank,high vibration value of cool air blower,ammonia gas leakage inside hot gas filter,melamine entrained in the gas from finished product packaging blower outlet,and product catalyst content out of limit,etc.The relevant measures were taken to ensure the plant output meeting the design capacity.
