摘要
通过两步法制备得到曼尼希胺汽油清净剂,第一步以聚异丁烯和苯酚为原料,YL-1051为催化剂制备合成了烷基化苯酚,再将烷基化苯酚与胺类、醛类反应得到曼尼希胺。通过液相色谱仪确定了烷基化反应时间,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对合成的产物进行了研究,证明得到了曼尼希胺。通过实验室评价、台架试验以及尾气分析,证明该曼尼希胺清净性能良好,对进气阀沉积物的清除效果较好,对尾气中的HC、CO、NOx都有减少的效果,且能减少油耗。
The Mannich amine gasoline detergent was prepared by two steps.First at all,polyisobutylene and phenol were used as raw materials in the presence of YL-1051 as catalyst to form alkylphenols.In the following step,Mannich amine was producted by reaction of polyisobutylene phenols,aldehyde and amine.The reaction time of alkylation was determined by liquid chromatograph,and the synthetic Mannich amine product was proved by FT-IR.Through laboratory evaluation,engine bench testing and tail gas analysis,it is proved that Mannich amine has good cleaning performance,good effect on the clearance of intake valve sediment and reduced effect on HC,CO and NOx in the tail gas,and can reduce oil consumption.
