摘要
通过对变速器箱体轻量化设计,实现缓解整车质量过大和动力性不良等问题。通过UG.NX进行建立箱体模型,ANSYS有限元分析对箱体模型进行仿真分析,确定箱体的材料及结构形状。利用ANSYS进行优化处理达到轻量化的设计。
Through the lightweight design of transmission case,we can alleviate the problem of excessive vehicle quality and poor dynamic performance.The box model is built by UG.NX,and the ANSYS model is simulated and analyzed by.The material and structural shape of the box are determined.ANSYS is used to optimize the processing to achieve lightweight design.
