摘要
目的:探讨社区干预对冠心病PCI术后患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年5月在本院及医联体社区中心就诊的冠心病PCI术后患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数x~表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。干预组实施统一的社区综合干预,1年后用简易健康量表(SF-36)对两组进行生存质量评估,同时观察主要心脏不良事件(MACE)发生情况。结果:随访1年后,干预组生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、活力、精神健康及总体健康评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心绞痛和靶血管重建发生情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但干预组MACE发生情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.227,P=0.040)。结论:社区干预能有效提高冠心病PCI术后患者生存质量,减少MACE发生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of community intervention on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Method:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in our hospital and the community center of the medical association of China from October 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and intervention group,60 cases in each group.The intervention group was given a unified comprehensive community intervention.1 year later,the quality of life was assessed with Simple Health Scale(SF-36)and the incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE)between the two groups were observed.Result:After follow-up 1 year,the scores of physiological role,physiological function,emotional function,social role,physical pain,vitality,mental health and general health in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in angina pectoris and target vessel remodeling between the two groups(P>0.05);but the incidence of MACE in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.227,P=0.040).Conclusion:Community intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and reduce the incidence of MACE.
