摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预联合常规护理在心脏搭桥术后切口不愈患者中的效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年7月本院心脏搭桥术后切口不愈患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组进行常规化护理干预,试验组开展综合护理干预,比较两组术后对护理服务满意度和配合度、护理前后心理状态和生活质量评分,以及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=10.000 0,P=0.001 6)。护理后,试验组HAMD、HAMA、生活质量及对护理的配合度评分均明显优于对照组,术后切口愈合和住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组神经系统损害、切口感染和血栓并发症的发生情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.074 8,P=0.024 3)。结论:综合护理干预联合常规护理在心脏搭桥术后切口不愈患者中的效果确切。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in patients with unhealed incision after cardiac bypass surgery.Method:A total of 90 patients with unhealed incision after cardiac bypass surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.The control group was underwent routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was carried out comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree of nursing service and cooperation degree,the scores of mental state and quality of life before and after nursing and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The satisfaction degree of nursing service in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=10.000 0,P=0.001 6).After nursing,the scores of HAMD,HAMA and quality of life and nursing compatibility of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the incision healing and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nervous system damage,incision infection and thrombotic complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.074 8,P=0.024 3).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine nursing is effective in patients with unhealed incision after cardiac bypass surgery.
