摘要
目的探讨原发性恶性骨肿瘤患者正性负性情绪及相关性因素,为改善患者情绪状态和生活质量提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取2015年9月-2016年12月于我科住院的原发恶性急性肿瘤患者80例,运用正性负性情绪量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对80例原发恶性骨肿瘤患者进行调查。结果患者的正性情绪得分为(29.20±6.07)分,负性情绪得分为(22.58±7.16)分;睡眠质量得分1～17分,中位数为6分。相关性分析结果显示,患者负性情绪得分与睡眠质量得分呈正相关(r=0.313)。结论原发性恶性骨肿瘤患者正性负性情绪均处于中等水平,负性情绪越多的患者睡眠质量越差。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of the positive or negative affect in patients with malignant bone tumors,so as to provide references for improving the emotional state and life quality of patients.Methods Totally 80 patients with malignant bone tumors and admitted to our hospital between September 2015 and December 2016 were selected using the convenience sampling,and investigated using the positive and negative affect scales and Pittsburgh sleep quality index.Results The scores of the positive affect and negative affect were(29.20±6.07)and(22.58±7.16)respectively.The score of the sleeping quality was 1~17,with the median of 6.The score of the negative affect was positively correlated to the score of the sleeping quality(r=0.313).Conclusion The level of positive and negative affect in patients with malignant bone tumors were of the moderate level.Those patients with more negative affect suffer from poorer sleeping quality.
