摘要
随着医学模式的转变,以患者为中心,提供安全、高效、全程、整体医疗服务已成为业界的基本理念和服务宗旨。TeamSTEPPS是基于证据的团队合作培训系统,将团队合作技能与临床实践有机整合,用于改善医疗服务中的团队表现,提高医疗质量、医疗安全和医疗效率。作者对TeamSTEPPS在提升患者安全实践中的应用与进展进行了阐述,为今后的研究提供理论依据。
With the transformation of the medical model,the concept of patient-centered gradually established,providing the safe,efficient,full,overall medical services.It has become the industry's basic philosophy and service purposes.Team STEPPS is an evidence-based teamwork training system.It integrates teamwork skills with clinical practice to improve team performance in healthcare services and improve the quality of care effectively.Based on the TeamSTEPPS’s concept,measurement tools and applications,this article provides a theoretical basis for future research.
