摘要
某化验室辛烷值分析仪承担着炼油厂5套装置的化验任务,出现故障无法开机后,为保证正常生产,使用报警设定器对控制系统进行改造,实现了水温高低联锁控制功能,现场测试控制及联锁功能均正常。此外,文章对控制方案可能存在的不足之处进行分析并提出相应的解决方案,以保证安全生产。
The octane number analyzer of a certain laboratory is responsible for testing five sets of devices in the refinery.In order to ensure normal production after failure,the control system is modified by using alarm setters,realizing the interlock control of water temperature.In addition,this paper analyzes the possible defects of the control scheme and proposes corresponding solutions to ensure the safety of production.
