摘要
为了降低矿井10412综采工作面在回采过程中产生的大量粉尘,在自行设计的新型高效细水雾降尘装置的基础上,现场实测在不同降尘方案下的粉尘浓度,结果表明:回风侧水幕的开启,可以适当降低工作面粉尘浓度;单独启用采煤机细水雾炮时,工作面粉尘浓度全尘和呼尘的平均浓度下降到125mg/m^3和56mg/m^3,降低效果很明显。其中进风水幕、采煤机细水雾炮、回风水幕全尘降尘效率分别为:88.18%、76.97%、81.68%。研究结果表明进风顺槽水幕是降低工作面环境粉尘浓度的第一道屏障,改善了作业面环境;采煤机细水雾炮的降尘效果是最强的,是降低粉尘浓度的主要环节;回风顺槽的降尘作用是最关键的,是防止粉尘扩散的最后一道防线。
In order to reduce the dust generated in the mining process of the No.10442 fully mechanized working face,a new efficient dust reduction system with water mist was designed and the dust concentration with different dust reduction schemes was measured.The results show that while the water curtain of return air can reduce some dust concentration,the water mist cannon of shearer can significantly reduce the total dust and respirable dust to 125mg/m 3 and 56mg/m 3.The dust reduction efficiencies of the inlet air water curtain,the water mist cannon and the return air water curtain are 88.18%,76.97%,and 81.68%,respectively.The research shows that:the water curtain of the air inlet is the first protective screen to reduce the dust concentration,which could improve the working environment;the water mist cannon is the strongest,which is the key link to reduce the dust;the return air gateway is also critical,which is the last line of defense against the dust diffusion.
