摘要
目的观察黄连解毒汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取诊治的高血压合并高脂血症患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,2组均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上口服瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄连解毒汤。疗程均为8周。观察2组疗效及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压差、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、斑块数量、斑块面积、内膜至中膜厚度(IMT)、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)、踝臂指数(ABI)及不良反应。结果观察组血压、血脂治疗总有效率较对照组显著提高,不良反应发生率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前2组收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、斑块数量、斑块面积、IMT、ba PWV、ABI比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后2组收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、TC、TG、LDL-C、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、斑块数量、斑块面积、IMT、ba PWV均较治疗前显著降低,HDL-C、ABI均较治疗前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论黄连解毒汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压合并高脂血症能够有效调节血压、血脂,改善外周动脉硬化,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects Coptidis decoction for detoxification combined with rosuvastatin on essential hypertension complicated by hypercholesterolemia.Methods A total of 90 patients with essential hypertension complicated by hypercholesterolemia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.These patients were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The patients in both groups were treated by conventional treatment.On this basis the patients in control group were treated by oral rosuvastatin,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Coptidis decoction for detoxification,with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups.After treatment,the clinical curative effects were evaluated,and the changes of SBP,DBP,pulse pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,low cut blood viscosity,high cut blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,number of plaques,plaque area,IMT,baPWV,ABI and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two grousp.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of SBP,DBP,pulse pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C,low cut blood viscosity,high cut blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,number of plaques,plaque area,IMT and baPWV between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of SBP,DBP,pulse pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C,low cut blood viscosity,high cut blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,number of plaques,plaque area,IMT and baPWV were significantly decreased in both groups,and the levels HDL-C and ABI were significantly increased,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coptidis decoction for detoxification combined with
