摘要
随着现在手机无线充电标准(QI)的制定,现在无线充电功能已经成为高端手机的标配。无线充电器的需求也随之增加。私人汽车做为现代人工作和旅行最主要的出行方式,也逐渐的配备了手机无线器。但如果做为汽车原厂配备的零部件,还需要符合汽车的使用环境,并且还需要迎接许多和消费类产品不同的设计挑战。
Now with mobile phone wireless charging standard(QI),wireless charging function has become a standard of high-end mobile phones.The wireless charger demand also will increase.Private car as the main way to travel,work and travel are also gradually equipped with a mobile device.But if as factory equipped with auto spare parts,also need to conform to the use of the car environment,and also need to meet many different design challenges vs consumer products.Mainly include,electrical components and the use of temperature,humidity,vibration,etc.This article is based on QI charging standard(electromagnetic coupling charge)is introduced and discussed mainly about the electronic circuit design aspects of the design ideas and methods of problem countermeasures,including power supply environment,interface circuit design,electromagnetic compatibility(EMC),security issues and related aspects.
