摘要
介绍贵冶二系统闪速炉蒸汽干燥机减速箱高速端漏油现象,对干燥机减速箱高速端制动轮侧油封漏油的原因进行了进行调研和分析,通过常规检修没能解决问题。阐述了采用非常规方法,自主设计增设一套气体射流装置,彻底解决干燥机减速箱漏油的问题,并对气体射流装置的工作原理进行了简要介绍。
This paper introduces the phenomenon of oil leakage at the high speed end of the reducer of the second system flash dryer of Guixi Smelter.The cause of the oil seal on the side of the brake wheel at the high speed end of the dryer is investigated and analyzed,and the problem can not be solved through the routine maintenance.In this paper,an unconventional method is used to design a set of additional gas jet equipment to solve the problem of oil leakage of the dryer,and the working principle of the gas jet device is briefly introduced.
