摘要
采用"硫化除杂——氧化除铁钴——氟化除钙镁——萃取除锌——蒸发结晶"工艺处理粗硫酸镍结晶,可有效地脱除其所携带的杂质金属,实验结果证明:以H_2S为硫化剂对硫酸镍溶液进行硫化处理,溶液中铜、砷、铋脱除率大于99.9%;以Cl_2为强化氧化剂对硫化后液进行处理,溶液中铁、钴脱除率大于99.9%;以NiF_2为添加剂,溶液中Ca^(2+)脱除率98.44%,Mg^(2+)脱除率97.24%;以P204作萃取剂,溶液中的Zn^(2+)萃除率大于99.9%,最终蒸发结晶所得硫酸镍主品位20.03%,纯度98.60%,全流程镍回收率93.51%。
The crude nickel sulphate crystals obtained by the freeze crystallization process from the copper electrolyte solution are processed by using the process flow of“sulphide removes impurities-oxidation to remove iron and cobalt-fluoride removes calcium and magnesium-extraction of zinc-evaporation and crystallization”as the main process,can effectively remove the impurity metals it carries,The experiment proves that,with H2S as the vulcanizing agent to treat the nickel sulfate solution,and the removal rate of copper,arsenic and antimony in the solution is greater than 99.9%,with Cl2 as an enhanced oxidant to treat the vulcanized solution,the removal rate of iron and cobalt in the solution is greater than 99.9%,with NiF2 as additive,the removal rate of Ca2+in the solution is 98.44%,and the removal rate of Mg2+is 97.24%,with P204 as extractant,the Zn2+extraction rate in the solution is greater than 99.9%.The final grade of the nickel sulfate product obtained by evaporation and crystallization is 20.03%,the purity is 98.60%,and the total nickel recovery rate is 93.51%.
