附子复方不同增量方式治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价附子复方不同增量方式治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月—2018年1月我院收治的类风湿关节炎患者76例,按照数字随机表法分为两组,各38例,两组患者经附子复方汤剂治疗,每次口服150 ml,每天3次;白附片增加剂量:对照组每2周恒定增量,观察组翻倍增量:较前一次2倍增量。结果观察组总有效率97.37%,高于对照组的91.05%,治疗后中医症候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者顺利完成治疗,无不良反应出现。结论附子复方翻倍增量治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,安全性高。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of different increments of aconite compound in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 76 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group through o random number table.The two groups of patients were treated with aconite compound decoction,150 ml each time,three times a day.The dose of baifu tablets was increased:increased constant increment every two weeks in the control group constant,increased doubled times in the observation group compared with the last time.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,higher than 91.05%of the control group.The TCM symptom score after treatment of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients completed the treatment successfully and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion The effect of doubling and increasing the amount of aconite compound for rheumatoid arthritis is significant and safe.
