通过淮安市"互联网+现代农业"模式的建设与发展,深入推进互联网技术与模式在农业生产、经营、管理和服务方面的应用,构建农业产业众创空间与发展生态,为全市的农业农村发展开拓新的渠道。
Through the construction and development of the"Internet plus Modern Agriculture"mode in Huai′an City,the application of internet technologies and modes in agricultural production,operation,management and services will be further promoted,and will build the space of mass innovation and development ecology of agricultural industry,so as to open up new channels for the agricultural and rural development of Huai′an City.
