石门揭煤区域防突钻孔优化设计 被引量:12

The Optimization of Borehole for Outburst Prevention in Rock Cross-cut Coal Uncovering Area

摘要 以青东煤矿石门揭煤区域防突钻孔设计为工程背景,通过工程测算分析了钻孔设计方法对钻孔工程量的影响,在此基础上提出了一种立足抽采半径进而确定钻孔孔底间距的优化方法。重点介绍了针对大、小煤层倾角条件下石门揭煤钻孔参数的优化设计方案,工程实践结果表明,在保证抽采效果的情况下,优化后的石门揭煤防突钻孔比传统设计防突钻孔的工程量减少了51.2%,可大幅降低钻孔施工成本,能更加经济、高效地完成揭煤过程。 Taking the design of borehole for outburst prevention in rock cross-cut uncovering area in Qingdong Coal Mine as the engineering background,the influence of drilling design method on engineering quantity of borehole was analyzed through engineering calculation.On this basis,an optimization method to determine the spacing at the bottom of the borehole based on the extraction radius was presented.This paper mainly introduced the optimized design scheme of the parameters of rock cross-cut uncovering under the condition of large and small dip angle of coal seam.The results of engineering practice show that,under the condition of ensuring the extraction effect,the optimized borehole for outburst prevention in rock cross-cut uncovering is 51.2%lower than that of the conventional design,it can greatly reduce the cost of drilling and complete the process of coal uncovering more economically and efficiently.
