自动扶梯防逆转保护分析与检验方法探讨

摘要 自动扶梯作为快速、便捷的升降设备,广泛应用于城市新兴的轨道交通系统中,其设备安全运行性也越来越引发人们的高度关注。文中分析了扶梯防逆转保护的安全要求和具体防护措施,针对市场上常用的3种防逆转保护装置的结构型式,总结探讨了其不同的检验方法,对分析扶梯逆转事故、防逆转装置的维护保养及检验有着实际的参考应用价值。 As a fast and convenient lifting equipment,the escalator is widely used in the new urban rail transit system,and the safety of its equipment has also attracted more and more people's attention.This paper analyzes the safety requirements and specific protection measures of the escalator anti-reversal protection.In view of the structure types of the 3 commonly used anti-reverse protection devices on the market,the different inspection methods are summarized and discussed,which have practical reference value for the analysis of the escalator reverse accident,the maintenance and inspection of the anti-reversing device.
