摘要
双作用叶片泵吸油口的位置角度和开口角度在很大程度上影响油泵性能,现基于Pumplinx分析软件,对吸油角度在理论范围内分组,通过评价脉动率、气蚀和泄漏量油泵重要参数,得出吸油口开始位置与上一个排油口结束位置夹角呈360°/Z+(2°~4°)(Z是叶片数),结束位置与下一个排油口开始位置夹角呈360°/Z+(1°~6°)时,双作用叶片泵性能最好。
The intake angle and the opening angle of the double-acting vane pump greatly affect the performance of the pump.Based on the Pumplinx analysis software,the intake angles are grouped within the theoretical range;and then by evaluating the pulsation rate,the cavitation and leakage,it is found that when the angle between the start position of the intake and the end position of the previous outlet is 360°/Z+(2°~4°)(Z:Number of blades),and the angle between the end position of the intake and the start position of the next outlet is 360°/Z+(1°~6°),the performance of the double-acting vane pump is the best.
