摘要
在基于功能-行为-结构(Function-Behavior-Structure,FBS)模型开展产品设计映射的过程中会产生大量无效的原理和结构,这些无效冗余结构会急剧增加设计方案组合阶段的复杂度。为提高FBS模型辅助创新设计的效率,提出了一种基于核心功能约束的概念设计方法。通过将产品设计过程划分为核心功能设计和辅助功能设计两个阶段,以产品核心功能的设计结果作为辅助功能设计过程的约束条件,在核心功能实现的要求下约束各辅助功能实现的结构方案数,从而缩小基于形态分布矩阵的设计组合方案的复杂度。通过洗碗机的概念设计过程验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Parts of the principles and structures produced in the process of product design based on FBS model are superfluous,which will increase the complexity of the formation of combination schemes.To improve the efficiency of innovation design aided with FBS model,A conceptual design method based on core functional constraint is put forward,in which design process is divided into core function design and auxiliary functions design.In turn,the solution of the core function is a constraint for designing the auxiliary functions.And the number of structural schemes of auxiliary functions are constrained by the implementation of core function,which can reduce the complexity of the formation of combination schemes based on the morphologic matrix.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by the concept design process of the dishwasher.
