摘要 目的:探究5-ALA(氨基乙酰丙酸)对皖江区域大豆产量和品质的影响。方法:在安徽省华阳河农场农科所,以皖豆15为研究对象,采用单因子随机区组设计法,在大豆5~6片复叶期时,叶面喷施5-ALA。分别设置对照组CK=0mg/L、A_1=40mg/L、A_2=80mg/L、A_3=120mg/L等4个5-ALA浓度梯度,每个浓度梯度有3次重复。田间小区面积为27m^2,分别测定大豆分枝、单株荚粒数和百粒重,按小区实收大豆计产。结果:A_3各指标均高于A_2、A_1和CK,说明在大豆5~6复叶期叶面喷施高浓度的5-ALA效果最好。结论:在最佳条件下,5-ALA可提高大豆产量及品质,可以在皖江区域大豆主产区大面积推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of 5-aminoievulinic acid(5-ALA)on yield and quality of soybean in the Wanjiang area.Methods:Soybean test was designed in Anhui Huayang River Farm Agricultural.The single factor randomized block was designed to spray foliar photosynthesis accelerator(5-ALA)in leaf surface during soybean 5-6 compound leaf stage.Four 5-ALA concentration groups were sequenced,CK=0 mg/L(control group),A 1=40 mg/L,A 2=80 mg/L,A 3=120 mg/L.each concentration groups had three parallel samples.Field plot area was 27 m 2,in which the three parallel samples were arranged randomly,and the district crop yield was recorded.Results:The data of soybean branches,pod grain number and a hundred grain weight were measured to indicate that high concentration of 5-ALA was sprayed in leaf surface while soybean 5-6 compound leaf stage was excellent because of best performance of A 3.Conclusion:Under the optimized performances,5-ALA could improve yield and quality of soybean.It could be widely applied in the Wangjiang area for soybean production.
