摘要
以某变压器自动送料嵌件端子注塑模为研究对象,对注塑模的设计要求和关键技术进行了分析,同时对注塑模设计过程中塑件制品的结构、注塑模具的结构、推出系统和自动送料系统、侧向抽芯结构、模具工作过程及注意事项进行了研究。基于上述分析和研究,设计了一种精度较高、无脱模斜度、成型零件全部采用镶拼结构、易于排气、生产率高且经济效益较好的注塑模具。
Taking the injection mold of an automatic feeding terminal of a transformer as the research object,the design requirements and key technology of injection mould are analyzed.As well as the structure of plastic parts,the structure of injection mold,the launch system and automatic feeding system,lateral core-pulling structure,die working process and matters needing attention during the design of the injection mould were studied.Based on the above analysis and research,a kind of injection mold with high precision,no stripper,all parts with inlaid structure,easy to exhaust,high productivity and better economic benefit is designed.
