输电线路混杂纤维复合材料高温拉伸强度预测 被引量:1

High Temperature Strength Prediction of the Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Composite in Transmission Line

摘要 采用高温拉挤工艺制备了碳纤维/玻璃纤维/玻璃纤维编织带混杂纤维树脂基复合材料,研究了复合材料的高温拉伸强度及破坏形式,利用有限元软件分析了复合材料的高温拉伸破坏机理,继而提出了高温拉伸强度预测模型,计算出了碳纤维、玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维编织带对复合材料高温强度的影响程度。结果表明,所建高温拉伸强度预测模型的预测值与试验结果吻合较好,精度达92%以上。 Carbon fiber/glass fiber/glass fiber tapes hybrid fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite was prepared by high temperature pultrusion processing,and high-temperature strength and failure mode were investigated.Based on finite element method,high-temperature tensile failure mechanism was analyzed,prediction models of high-temperature strength were proposed,which contained the effect of carbon fiber,glass fiber and glass fiber tapes on the predicted strength.The results show that the predicted value of the tensile strength prediction model agrees well with the test results,and the accuracy of prediction models is above 92%.
