摘要
目的:分析ICU患者失眠的相关影响因素,并研究和总结对应的干预性护理措施。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年2月本院纳入治疗的ICU患者80例,调查患者失眠相关影响因素,并按照计算机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组予以干预性护理措施,对照组予以常规护理措施,统计2组患者护理干预前后的失眠状况。结果:80例ICU患者中有97.50%失眠,失眠相关影响因素主要有心理因素(100.00%)、疾病因素(51.28%)、环境因素(41.03%)、药物因素(15.38%)等;观察组患者的护理干预后失眠例数(14例),少于对照组患者的例数(30例),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:ICU患者失眠的影响因素主要包含心理因素、疾病因素、环境因素、药物因素等,予以干预性护理措施后可以明显改善失眠状况。
Objective:To analyze related factors affecting insomnia in ICU patients,and to study and summarize corresponding intervention nursing measures.Methods:This article added to the analysis of data from February 2017 to February 2018,the hospital treatment of 80 cases of ICU patients,to investigate patients with insomnia related influencing factors,and according to the computer grouping groups,conventional nursing measures implemented in the control group(40 cases),interventional nursing measures implemented in test group(40 cases),statistics of two groups before and after the nursing intervention in patients with insomnia.Results:Of the 80 ICU patients,97.50%had insomnia.The main factors affecting insomnia were psychological factors(100.00%),disease factors(51.28%),environmental factors(41.03%),and drug factors(15.38%).The number of patients with insomnia after nursing intervention in the experimental group(14 cases)was lower than that of the control group(30 cases),P<0.05,indicating the statistical significance of the data tested between the groups.Conclusion:The factors affecting insomnia in ICU patients mainly include psychological factors,disease factors,environmental factors and drug factors,etc.Intervention nursing measures can significantly improve the insomnia situation.
