摘要
近些年,随着我国工业化和城市化的不断推进,国内建筑业发展迅猛,与此同时,工程质量安全问题与事故也不断发生,工程质量安全问题成为了百姓日益关注的焦点。我国实行工程质量安全监督管理制度时间不长,虽取得一定成绩,但是面对当前复杂的建筑市场环境,政府监督体制和机制都逐步表现出了不少问题。论文研究分析了目前建设工程质量安全监督执法过程中存在的难点问题,并针对这些问题,提出了具体的解决办法。
In recent years,with the continuous promotion of industrialization and urbanization in China,the domestic construction industry has developed rapidly.Meanwhile,engineering quality and safety problems and accidents have also been constantly occurring,and engineering quality and safety problems have become the focus of people's increasing attention.It is not long for China to implement the project quality and safety supervision and management system.Although some achievements have been made,the government supervision system and mechanism have gradually shown many problems in the current complex construction market environment.This paper studies and analyzes the difficult problems in supervision and law enforcement of the current construction projects'quality and safety,and puts forward specific solutions to these problems.
