摘要
以某石化爆炸事故为案例,分析其应急救援的特点和难点,结合事故应急救援过程总结救援过程中的经验。提出建立石油化工事故科学统一的应急救援体系,包括理论、预案、演练、指挥、保障等系统,为防止类似重大事故的发生提供保障,同时也为消防部队更加有效的处置提供支持。
Taking a petro chemical explosion as an example,the characteristics and difficulties of the emergency rescue were analyzed,and the experience in the rescue process was summarized with the emergency rescue process of the accident.It is proposed to establish an emergency rescue system for the scientific and unified petroleum chemical accident,including the theory,plan,drill,command and guarantee,in order to avoid the occurrence of similar major accidents,and to provide support for fire force's effective disposal.
