摘要
石墨烯是目前为止发现的最薄的二维材料,被认为是构建石墨、富勒烯和碳纳米管的基本结构单元。为了使其具有良好的疏水性能,在石墨烯泡沫孔壁表面引入垂直取向的碳纳米管阵列是本文研究的关键问题。本文在Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯的基础上,采用闪光法制备了碳纳米管/石墨烯薄膜(CNTs/G),通过SEM和XRD等技术对材料的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时对碳纳米管/氧化石墨烯(CNTs/GO)和碳纳米管/石墨烯(CNTs/G)的疏水性进行测试,实验结果证明采用闪光法可得到复合比较均匀的碳纳米管/石墨烯(CNTs/G)薄膜,且该材料疏水性能良好,接触角达到120o。该方法简单、无污染、易操作。
Graphene is the thinnest two-dimensional material discovered so far.It is considered to be the basic structural unit to build graphite,fullerenes and carbon nanotubes.In order to get excellent hydrophobic property,vertical oriented carbon nanotube array was introduced on the surface of graphene foam.Based on graphite oxide fabricated with Hummers method,a flash method was applied to synthesize carbon nanotubes/graphene(CNTs/G).The morphology and structure of the composite were characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Meanwhile,the hydrophobicity of carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide(CNTs/GO)and CNTs/G was carried out.It is proved that the composite materials of CNTs/G composites can be composed by means of flash method.The hydrophobic property of CNTs/G is better than that of CNTs/GO,and the tangle can be up to 120℃.This flash method is simple,pollution-free and easy to operate.
