三辊斜轧AZ31镁合金在雨水环境中的耐蚀性能研究

摘要 通过OM、XRD、SEM等测试手段研究了AZ31镁合金的组织形貌,并在雨水环境中进行了0~96h的失重腐蚀测验。结果表明:AZ31镁合金表面完全被腐蚀,发现许多大块的腐蚀产物,腐蚀产物主要由Mg(OH)_2组成。合金表面出现腐蚀裂纹,镁合金基体表面呈现疏松的团聚体。电化学Nyquist图得到雨水环境中镁合金的电化学性能明显好于裸镁合金。 The tissue morphology of AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied by OM,XRD,SEM and other testing methods and the weightlessness corrosion test was carried out for 0~96 h in rainy environment,it showed that the entire surface is corroded and found many large irregular corrosion stuff on it which was mainly produced by Mg(OH)2.The corrosion crack on its surface caused some loose materials.Electrochemical Nyquist graph indicated that the electrochemical properties of magnesium alloys is much better than naked magnesium alloy in rainy environment.
