摘要
文章选取2017年创业板460家上市公司为样本,通过建立基于实数编码的加速遗传算法投影寻踪模型对企业创新能力和可持续发展能力进行综合计算。在此基础上,构建企业创新能力、企业可持续发展能力和政府补助三者之间的分析模型。实证研究结果表明,企业创新能力能够有效地促进企业的可持续发展,并且政府补助在企业创新能力和企业可持续发展能力之间起到负向调节作用。研究结果为企业提高可持续发展能力和政府制定相关政策提供一定的参考。
Taking 460 listed companies in Growth Enterprises Market Board in 2017 as samples,taking paper constructs a projection pursuit model based on the real-coded accelerating genetic algorithm to comprehensively calculate the capabilities of corporate innovation and sustainable development.Accordingly,the paper builds the analytical model to analyze the relationship between corporate innovation capability,corporate sustainable development capability and government subsidy.The empirical study results show that corporate innovation capability can effectively promote corporate sustainable development.Moreover,government subsidy plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between corporate innovation capability and corporate sustainable development capability.The study results can provide some reference for enterprises to improve their sustainable development capability and the government to formulate relevant policies.
