摘要
LNG接收站平稳运行的其中一个重点就是保持再冷凝器的平稳运行,因此,对再冷凝器内部构件以及运作时相应的工艺参数需要作深入了解。再冷凝器的核心部分就是其中高2.5m的拉西环填料层,LNG和BOG在填料层里面直接接触冷凝。通过模拟流体流经固定床的运动,分析推导LNG在填料层内部的压力降公式,求出其压力降,分析LNG通过填料层的压力降。(表1,参5)
LNG receiving station running smoothly one of the key is to keep the smooth running of recondenser condenser,therefore,to the operation of recondenser internals when the corresponding process parameters need to be understanding.Then a core part of the condenser is one of the 2.5 m high raschig ring packing layer,LNG and BOG,in direct contact with the cooling packing layer.Through the analysis of the movement,to simulate the fluid flows through the fixed bed pressure drop formula of LNG is derived within the packing layer,calculating the pressure drop and pressure drop through the packing layer analysis of LNG.(1 Table,5References).
