亚洲玉米螟对不同酸碱度饲料的取食差异 被引量:1

摘要 害虫危害着人类生活的方方面面,对人们的生产生活造成极大的影响。为了解亚洲玉米螟幼虫的取食特性,采用叶碟法对亚洲玉米螟的取食趋向性进行探究,使其在添加适量浓度分别为5%,10%,15%的小苏打溶液和浓度分别为5%,10%,15%的醋酸溶液的人工饲料上取食,观察其取食选择差异。研究结果表明:1.添加有不同浓度小苏打溶液的人工饲料明显比对照组饲料取食量小,且这一趋势随小苏打溶液浓度的升高而更显著;2.添加有不同浓度醋酸溶液的人工饲料明显比对照组饲料取食量小,且这一趋势随醋酸溶液浓度的升高而更显著;上述实验结果说明饲料的酸碱度对玉米螟幼虫的取食趋向有显著影响,后期可通过对玉米植株表面酸碱度的调节来减少玉米螟的入侵。 Pests are harmful to all aspects of human life and have a great impact on people's production and life.In order to understand the feeding characteristics of Asian corn borer larvae,leaf dish method was used to study the feeding tendency of Asian corn borer,making them feed respectively on artificial feeds with appropriate concentrations of 5%,10%,15%sodium bicarbonate solution and 5%,10%,15%acetic acid solution,and observing the differences in their feeding choices.The results showed that:1.Artificial feed with different concentration of soda solution was obviously smaller than that of the control group,and the trend was more significant with the increase of the concentration of soda solution.2.Artificial feed with different concentration of acetic acid was obviously smaller than that of the control group,and the trend was more significant with the increase of the concentration of acetic acid.The above experimental results showed that the acidity and alkalinity of feed had a significant influence on the feeding tendency of the corn borer larvae.In the later period,the invasion of corn borer could be reduced by adjusting the acidity and alkalinity of the surface of maize plants.
