摘要
加强对于技能人才的队伍建设,是一个企业实行人才战略的主要任务。不断的加强油田企业技能人才的团队整体素质,能保证一个油田企业的生存和发展,所以高技能人才在企业中有着重要的作用,本文就对高技能人才的培养,以及技能人才对于石油企业的作用进行简要的分析。
It is the main task of an enterprise to strengthen the team construction of skilled talents.Continuous improvement of the overall quality of the team of skilled talents in oil field enterprises can ensure the survival and development of an oil field enterprise.Therefore,highly skilled talents play an important role in enterprises.This paper briefly analyzes the training of highly skilled talents and the role of skilled talents in oil enterprises.
