摘要
以刚毛藻(Cladophora oligoclona)、菖蒲(Acorus calamus)和金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum)为研究对象,采用动态和静态试验相结合,探讨了添加刚毛藻对表流湿地净水能力和水生植物的影响。结果表明:添加刚毛藻后,表流湿地净水能力有明显提升,其中刚毛藻+菖蒲表流湿地的综合效果最好,其COD、TN、氨氮和TP的去除率分别达到了56.44%、78.80%、95.40%、76.90%;添加刚毛藻对菖蒲和金鱼藻的总叶绿素、叶绿素a/叶绿素b和过氧化氢酶活性影响均未达到显著水平,但金鱼藻已表现出受胁迫影响的端倪;金鱼藻受刚毛藻的胁迫影响主要是由于金鱼藻对营养盐的利用竞争不过刚毛藻,若采用刚毛藻+金鱼藻作为表流湿地的藻类和水生植物,TN、TP宜在6.0、0.6mg/L以下。
The effects of Cladophora oligoclona on water purification capacity and aquatic plants in the surface wetland were studied by running test and static test using Cladophora oligoclona,Acorus calamus and Ceratophyllum as research objects.Results showed that water purification capacity of the surface wetland increased obviously with the addition of Cladophora oligoclona.Cladophora oligoclona+Acorus calamus had the extraordinary effect,whose removal rates of COD,TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP reached 56.44%,78.80%,95.40%and 76.90%.Aquatic plants were not significantly affected by the stress of Cladophora oligoclona judged by total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b and catalase activity.However,stress effect potency were emerging for Ceratophyllum because Ceratophyllum could not compete for enough nutrients compared with Cladophora oligoclona.If using Cladophora oligoclona+Ceratophyllum for surface wetland,TN and TP should be controlled below 6.0 and 0.6 mg/L,respectively.
