填土围岩中浅埋暗挖隧道开挖方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 在建工程长株潭城际铁路穿越金家大院隧道浅埋暗挖段围岩条件极差,多为变形大、稳定性差的杂填土和粉黏土,且地面条件复杂。据此,对该隧道段采用现场监控和有限元计算结合的方法,分析不同施工方法开挖对地表沉降、土体扰动、拱顶下沉和拱底隆起的影响,采用TOPSIS评价方法对各开挖方法进行综合评价,并对CRD法中超前加固效果进行量化分析,在现场进行测量对模拟结果进行了验证吻合。研究结果表明,CRD法为最适合于填土围岩中浅埋暗挖隧道的开挖方法,CRD法亦需进行有效的超前加固使土体强度提升85%以上才能保证开挖稳定。 In the construction of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan intercity railway,the condition of surrounding rock in the shallow and concealed excavation section of the newly built section of the tunnel is very poor,which is mostly miscellaneous filled soil and silty clay with large deformation and poor stability,and the ground conditions are complicated.Accordingly,by combining the method of field monitoring and numerical simulation of the tunnel section,the influence of different construction methods of excavation on surface settlement,soil disturbance,vault and arch bottom uplift is analyzed.The method of TOPSIS is used to evaluate each excavation method,and the CRD method in reinforcement effect is analyzed quantitatively,field measurement experiments are carried out to validate the simulation results.The results show that CRD method is the most suitable method for excavation of shallow buried tunnel in filled surrounding rock.In order to ensure the stability of excavation,all excavation methods need effective pre-reinforcement,in which the soil strength of CRD method should be increased by 85%.
