摘要
采用文献资料法等,对美国体育产业反垄断豁免政策进行研究。研究表明:美国体育产业反垄断豁免政策缘起于美国强大的体育经济,现已发展成为体育产业组织政策的重要组成部分;美国体育产业反垄断豁免政策有利于限制职业运动员的自由转会权,有利于保证电视转播权的利益最大化,有利于促进职业体育联盟的内部稳定性。启示:完善体育产业组织政策、推进职业体育联盟建设、制定体育产业规制政策。
Using methods of literature reviews and so on to study the antitrust exemption policy of the US sports industry.The research shows that the antitrust exemption policy of American sports industry originated from the strong sports economics of the United States and has become an important part of the sports industry organization policy;The antitrust exemption policy of the American sports industry is conducive to restricting the free transfer of professional athletes;It is beneficial to ensure the profit maximization of TV broadcasting rights,and to promote the internal stability of the professional sports alliance.Enlightenments:To improve the sports industry organization policy,promote the construction of professional sports league,and formulate sports industry regulation policy.
