可控挤压油膜阻尼器振动特性实验研究

摘要 提出一种新型可控挤压油膜阻尼器(简称CSFD),并实验研究该CSFD支撑的轴承-转子系统的振动特性。利用数值方法计算得到了转子系统的临界转速和振型图;搭建柔性转子振动试验台,在不同转速和不同的供油压力下,对轴颈处位移信号进行测试和分析研究。实验结果表明:与普通圆瓦轴承相比,CSFD轴承对转子的振动起到良好的抑制作用;无论是在低速还是高速情况下,CSFD轴承的供油压力越大,转子的振幅越小,特别是在临界转速下减振效果显著。通过Hilbert-Huang变换对升速位移信号进行分析,发现随着供油压力的增加,竖直方向上在临界转速时的能量发散现象严重,出现较多高频成分。 A new type of controllable squeeze film damper(CSFD)was designed,and the vibration characteristics of rotor-bearing system supported by CSFD were studied by experiments.The critical speed and vibration shapes of rotor-bearing system were obtained by numerical calculation.The rotor vibration test rig was set up,and the signals of displacement of the rotor-bearing system under different rotation speeds and different oil supply pressures were tested and analyzed.The experimental results demonstrate that the vibration suppressing effect of CSFD bearing is better than that of general circular bearing.With the oil supply pressure increasing,the vibration amplitude is decreased whether at low speed or high speed,especially at the critical speed.Hilbert-Huang transform was applied to characterize the displacement signal during the run-up period.The result shows that with the increasing of oil supply pressure,the energy is pretty high and the energy diffusion is serious at the resonance region under the critical speed in the vertical direction.
