盐碱胁迫下喷施BR对甜菜光系统Ⅱ和氮代谢关键酶的影响 被引量:12

Effect of spraying brassinolide(BR) on PS Ⅱ and key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in sugar beet under saline-alkali stress

摘要 以甜菜主栽品种(KWS0143)为试验材料,共设4个处理,不喷施BR(CK)、叶丛快速生长期喷施BR(Q)、块根膨大期喷施BR(Z)、糖分积累期喷施BR(H),研究盐碱胁迫下不同时期喷施油菜素内酯(Brassinolide,BR)对甜菜叶片光能利用和氮代谢影响。结果表明,叶丛快速生长期喷施BR效果最明显。叶丛快速生长期和糖分积累期喷施BR提高叶片叶绿素含量,块根膨大期喷施BR降低叶绿素含量;各处理在喷施BR后短时间内光能利用率均增强;叶丛快速生长期喷施BR显著提高叶片非光化学淬灭(NPQ)和光保护能力(YNPQ/YNO),块根膨大期和糖分积累期差异不显著;叶丛快速生长期喷施BR显著提高叶片NR和GS活性,块根膨大期喷施BR显著降低NR活性,对GS活性影响不显著,糖分积累期喷施BR显著降低NR活性,提高GS活性;各生长期喷施BR后GOGAT活性均先降后升。 The main sugar beet variety(KWS0143)was used as the test material.There were four treatments,no spraying brassinolide(BR)(CK),spraying BR in the rapid growth period of leaf plexus(Q),spraying BR in the root expansion stage(Z),and spraying BR in the period of sugar accumulation.The effects of spraying BR on the photosynthetic utilization and nitrogen metabolism of sugar beet leaves under different saline-alkali stresses were studied.The results showed that the effect of spraying BR on the rapid growth period of leaf plexus was the most obvious.Spraying BR on the leaf growth stage and sugar accumulation period increased the chlorophyll content of the leaves,and reduced the chlorophyll content in the root enlargement period;the utilization rate of light energy increased in each treatment after spraying BR;the photosynthetic utilization rate of each treatment was enhanced in a short time after spraying BR;spraying BR in the rapid growth period of leaf plexus significantly increased non-photochemical quenching(NPQ)and photoprotective ability(YNPQ/YNO),and the difference between root enlargement and sugar accumulation period was not significant.Spraying BR in the rapid growth period of leaf plexus significantly increased the activity of NR and GS in leaves.Spraying BR in root enlargement significantly reduced NR activity,and had no significant effect on GS activity.Spraying BR in the sugar accumulation period significantly reduced NR activity and increased GS activity.The GOGAT activity decreased first and then increased after spraying BR in each growth period.
