摘要
基于高频信号注入法的内置式永磁同步电动机转子位置估计需采用低通滤波器有效分离高频PWM载波信号,但降低了系统带宽和动态性能。针对该问题,介绍一种无需低通滤波器的转子位置检测方法。分析滤波环节下实现电机转子位置误差信号解耦对系统带宽和动态性能的影响,研究一种无滤波载波信号分离高频方波信号注入法,实施正弦信号给定下的电流环和转速环带宽测试以及给定电机转速、负载突变下的转子位置检测,实验结果验证了新型无滤波转子位置检测方法对外部负载扰动和转速突变的鲁棒性以及优良的动态性能。
IPMSM's rotor position detection is based on high frequency signal injection method,this needs low pass filter to separate the high frequency PWM carrier signal effectively,which reduces the bandwidth and dynamic performance of the system.In view of the problem,a rotor position detection method of IPMSM without filter was introduced.The influ ence of signal decoupling on rotor position error on system bandwidth and dynamic performance was analyzed.A high fre quency square wave injection method without filtering carrier separation was studied.The current loop and speed loop band width experiments under the given sinusoidal signal and the rotor position detection under the given motor speed and load mutation were implemented.Experiment results verify the robustness and excellent dynamic performance of the new rotor position detection method for external load disturbance and speed mutation.
