摘要 自203井是威远构造上龙马溪组页岩气开发井,为验证井筒完整性和提高完井时效,采用延时压差固井滑套和投球固井滑套的新工艺。针对套管串刚性增加、延时压差固井滑套压力限制、飞镖胶塞水平段启动排量大的特点,采取了3个扶正器的通井组合、施工压力控制、连续顶替施工措施,套管串顺利下到位,固井成功碰压。完井时套管串进行试压,延时压差固井滑套和投球固井滑套顺利开启,解决了验证井筒完整性与提高完井时效的问题,为高效开发页岩气提供了有益参考。 Zi 203 well in Weiyuan structure is a shale-gas development one,and the target is the Upper Longmaxi Formation.In order to verify wellbore integrity and improve completion efficiency,both RapidStart?Initiator Casing Test Sleeve and ball injection cementing sliding sleeve have been used to this well.Considering the increase of casing string rigidity,the pressure limit of RapidStart?Initiator Casing Test Sleeve,and the high threshold displacement of horizontal section with dartlike plug,three measures were taken,including wiper trip with three centralizers,cementing pressure control,and continuous displacement.Consequently,casing string might run to the designated position,and cement plug was pumped successfully.These two kinds of sleeves were opened smoothly after pressure testing on the string in the process of completion.And wellbore integrity was verified,and completion efficiency was increased.Our research results provide useful reference for the efficient development of shale gas.
