摘要 本文采用L16(43)的方法研究了槽液配方对GH4169高温合金材料化铣速率和表面粗糙度的影响。采用单因素试验的方法研究了化铣温度和化铣时间对化铣速率和表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:HNO3浓度对化铣表面粗糙度的影响最大,HCl浓度对化铣速率的影响最大,当HCl、HNO3和HF浓度分别为100 g/L、190 g/L和80 g/L时,化铣表面粗糙度达到最小值,化铣速率达到中值,有利于对铣切减薄量进行控制。化铣反应速率随温度的升高而上升,表面粗糙度随温度的升高先降低后升高,当温度为50℃时,化铣表面粗糙度最小,得到最优结果。化铣反应进行5 min后,反应速率和表面粗糙度不再有明显变化,反应趋于平衡态。化铣方式对化铣质量影响显著,最佳化铣方式为试片平行于槽液液面。最佳化铣工艺为:100 g/L HCl、190 g/L HNO3和80 g/L HF,槽液温度为50℃,试片表面平行于液面并对槽液均匀搅拌。 In this paper,the effects of the bath formula on the chemical milling rate and surface roughness of GH4169 superalloy were studied using the three-factor and four-level orthogonal test method.The effects of chemical milling temperature and time on the chemical milling rate and surface roughness were studied using a single factor test.The results showed that the concentration of HNO3 had the greatest influence on the surface roughness of the chemical milling,and the HCl concentration had the greatest influence on the milling rate.When the concentration of HCl,HNO3 and HF was 100 g/L,190 g/L and 80 g/L,respectively,the surface roughness of milling reached the minimum value and the milling rate reached the midline value,which was available for controlling the milling amount.The milling reaction rate increased with the increasing of temperature,and the surface roughness firstly decreased and then enhanced with the increasing of temperature.When the temperature was 50°C,the surface roughness of chemical milling reached the smallest,which was the best results.After 5 min of chemical milling reaction,the reaction rate and surface roughness became stable,and the reaction state was in equilibrium.The milling position had a significant influence on the quality of the milling part.The optimal milling position for the plate specimen was parallel to the bath liquid level.The optimized milling processes for GH4169 were as follows:the concentration of HCl,HNO3 and HF were 100 g/L,190 g/L and 80 g/L respectively,the milling temperature was 50°C,and the surface of the specimen was parallel to the liquid surface and the solution was uniformly stirred.
