瓜类作物营养成分与瓜类抗棕榈蓟马特性的相关性分析 被引量:5

The relationship between nutrient components of melon crops and anti-Thrips palmi characteristics

摘要 【目的】明确瓜类作物营养成分含量与瓜类抗棕榈蓟马特性间的相关性,为进行瓜类作物抗棕榈蓟马品种选育提供理论基础。【方法】采用五点取样法调查5种瓜类作物(黄瓜、苦瓜、南瓜、丝瓜和节瓜)上棕榈蓟马的发生情况,采用蒽酮比色法、考马斯亮蓝法、索氏抽提法和茚三酮比色法等检测5种瓜类作物叶片的营养成分(氨基酸、粗脂肪、蛋白质和可溶性糖)含量,分析不同瓜类叶片营养成分含量与棕榈蓟马发生量间的相关性。【结果】同时栽培5种瓜类作物,棕榈蓟马在其上的发生程度表现为黄瓜>节瓜>南瓜>丝瓜>苦瓜,其中黄瓜、节瓜和南瓜三者间的棕榈蓟马发生量差异不显著(P>0.05,下同),但均显著高于丝瓜(P<0.05,下同),苦瓜上未发现棕榈蓟马为害。5个黄瓜品种中,以黄瓜GH-16的棕榈蓟马发生量最大,为4.40头/叶,除与韩农-AF1的棕榈蓟马发生量差异不显著外,均显著高于其他3个品种;4个南瓜品种中以超甜蜜本王的棕榈蓟马发生量最大,为2.20头/叶,显著高于其他3个品种;节瓜和丝瓜不同品种间的棕榈蓟马发生量无显著差异。在不同瓜类作物叶片营养成分含量中,氨基酸含量与棕榈蓟马发生量具有显著相关性(F=0.783,P=0.000);可溶性糖含量(F=0.0354,P=0.097)和C/N(F=0.338,P=0.115)与棕榈蓟马发生量存在一定的相关性,但未达显著水平;蛋白质(F=0.026,P=0.905)和粗脂肪含量(F=-0.005,P=0.982)与棕榈蓟马发生量无相关性。【结论】在5种瓜类作物中,棕榈蓟马最喜取食黄瓜,其余依次为节瓜、南瓜、丝瓜和苦瓜。氨基酸含量可作为评价瓜类作物对棕榈蓟马的抗性指标。 【Objective】The objective of this study was to clarify the correlation between nutrient content of melon crops and their anti-Thrips palmi characteristics,and to provide theoretical basis for finding out and breeding the anti-T.palmi melon crop varieties.【Method】The five-point sampling method was used to survey the stalling of T.palmi on five melon crops(cucumber,balsam pear,pumpkin,towel gourd,chieh-qua).The nutrients(free amino acid,crude fat,protein,soluble sugar)in five melon crops leaves were tested by Anthrone Colorimetry,Coomassie Brilliant Blue,Soxhlet Extraction,and Ninhydrin Colorimetry.The correlation between leaf nutrient content and the number of T.palmi was analyzed.【Result】Growing up five melon crops at the same time,the distribution degree of T.palmi on melon crops was cucumber>chieh-qua>pumpkin>towel gourd>balsam pear.There was no significant difference in the occurrence of T.palmi among cucumber,chieh-qua and pumpkin(P>0.05,the same below).But all of them were significantly higher than towel gourd(P<0.05,the same below).T.palmi was not found on balsam pear.Among the five cucumber varieties,the cucumber GH-16 had the largest number of T.palmi(4.40 insect/leaf).There was no significant difference in the amount of T.palmi between cucumber GH-16 and Hanong-AF1,but amount of T.palmi on cucumber GH-16 was significantly higher than the other three cucumber varieties.Among the four varieties of pumpkin,the number of T.palmi on Very sweet Mibenwang was 2.20 insect/leaf and was significantly higher than the other three varieties.There was no significant difference in the amount of T.palmi among different varieties of chieh-qua and towel gourd.Among the nutrition contents,there was significant correlation between amino acid content in leaves of different melon crops and the amount of T.palmi(F=0.783,P=0.000).There was certain correlation between soluble sugar content(F=0.0354,P=0.097)and C/N ratio(F=0.338,P=0.115),but the correlation was not significant.There was no correlation between protein(F
