摘要
目的:探讨早期康复护理干预对重型颅脑损伤术后偏瘫肢体康复效果的影响。方法:收治重型颅脑损伤术后偏瘫患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规入院护理,观察组采取早期康复护理措施。结果:观察组患者偏瘫肢体恢复情况、生活质量优于对照组,观察组ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于重型颅脑损伤术后偏瘫的患者,采取早期康复护理干预,可以促进患者的预后,改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on rehabilitation of hemiplegic limbs after severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:80 patients with hemiplegia after surgical operation were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group,the control group adopted the routine admission care,and the observation group took the early rehabilitation nursing measures.Results:The recovery and quality of life of the hemiplegic limbs of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hemiplegia after severe craniocerebral injury,early rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the prognosis and improve the quality of life.
