摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者的效果。方法:收治脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者30例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各15例。对照组进行常规手术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中医治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组患者脊髓功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤,能够更有效改善患者病情,缩短恢复时间。
Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury.Methods:30 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional surgery,while the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine.Results:After the treatment,the spinal function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for spinal fracture and spinal cord injury can improve the patient's condition and shorten the recovery time.
