摘要
基于"不让一个孩子掉队"理念出发,芬兰在低人口密度地区开展混龄教学,收获了良好教学效果。芬兰的经验为我国当下教育理论出现的"撤点并校政策""集中资源办学""巨型学校现象"等现象提供了反思的理论依据。对芬兰边远地区开展混龄教学的合理性、优越性、保障条件进行深入挖掘,必然会对我国农村地区小学教育发展提供有益借鉴。
Based on the concept of“Don't let a child fall behind”,Finland has developed mixed-age teaching in low-density areas and has achieved good teaching results.The Finnish experience provides a theoretical basis for reflection on the phenomenon of“withdrawal and school policy”,“concentrating resources for running schools”and“giant school phenomenon”in the current educational theory of our country.The in-depth exploration of the rationality,superiority and guarantee conditions of the mixed-age teaching in the remote areas of Finland will inevitably provide useful reference for the development of primary education in rural areas of China.
