摘要
回顾我国学界对高等教育本质的不同认识,遵循辩证唯物主义本质观并对教育本义进行追溯,高等教育应是对人的发展本性的顺守与促进。我国高等教育的发展,必须秉承马克思主义思想,以人的发展作为价值取向,实现价值理性与工具理性的平衡和融合。在人才培养上,应贯彻素质与能力并重、理论与实践相结合的导向,全面提升人才培养质量。
Reviewing the different understanding of the nature of Chinese higher education,and following the essence of dialectical materialism to trace the original meaning of education,higher education should be the observance and promotion of the nature of human development.The development of higher education in our country must uphold Marxist thoughts,take human development as a value orientation,realize the balance and integration of value rationality and instrumental rationality.In terms of personnel training,we should implement the combination of quality and ability,as well as theory and practice,and comprehensively upgrade the quality of personnel training.
