摘要
结合单井拉油点全过程全时段管控、重点单井红外热成像监控、基于次声波和负压波的智能泄漏报警定位三个子系统,建立一套覆盖华北油田"油井—管网—站场"的综合防范体系。通过整合分散的图像、声音、定位、阀位、液位等非结构化数据,应用采集、提取、清洗、分析、建立模型等步骤实现"数据→信息→知识→智慧"的转变,从而搭建起一个以大数据整合平台为基础的原油集输防范综合体系,提取重点防范区域,指导针对性布防策略,大幅提高管控效率和精确度,每年挽回经济损失1 000万元。
Combing the three subsystems of control of single-well oil-transportation points in the whole process and over the entire period,infrared thermal imaging monitoring of major single wells,and intelligent leakage alarm positioning based on infrasound and negative pressure wave,a set of comprehensive precaution system covering"oil well-pipe network-station"is established in Huabei Oilfield.By integrating discrete data such as images,sounds,positioning,valve positions,and liquid levels and applying acquisition,extraction,cleaning,analysis,modeling,and other steps,it will achieve transformation of“data-information-knowledge-wisdom”to build a integrated comprehensive precaution system of crude oil gathering and transportation based on the big data integration platform.By extracting key precaution areas,guiding targeted defense strategies,and greatly increasing control efficiency and accuracy,economic loss of 10 million yuan can be recovered a year.
