摘要
为了实现对工业对象进行智能并行控制,采用可编程控制器(PLC)控制250 W,6/4极,3相,24 V线性开关磁阻电机(LSRM)。PC和PLC之间使用串行端口进行通信。基于C#语言编制监视和控制程序,软件显示了电机的相位和速度电流,并进行了曲线测量。确定电机的现有位置和脉冲数,并使用线性增量式编码器进行显示。结果表明由PLC控制的LSRM研究引导了工业实践和教育部门强调线性电动机的重要性,所有类型的LSRM都可以在开发的系统中使用。
In order to achieve intelligent parallel control of industrial objects,a linear switched reluctance motor(LSRM)with 250 W,6/4 poles,3 phases,and 24 V was controlled with a programmable logic controller(PLC).Some parameters of the LSRM were set,and for PC monitoring,a software developed by the authors was used.A serial port was used for communication between the PC and the PLC.The software was developed with Visual C#.Net 2008 for monitoring and controlling.The phase and velocity currents of the motor were shown with the software and curves were measured.The existing position of the motor and the number of pulses were determined and displayed with a linear incremental encoder.The research results show the PLC-controlled LSRM study leads industrial practices and the educational section to highlight the importance of linear motion,which is used in many implementations.Furthermore,all types of LSRMs can be used in the developing systems.
