摘要
介绍了一种化工园区尾水深度处理工艺——Fenton+BAF组合工艺。工艺运行效果表明:当系统进水COD在140 mg/L左右时,组合工艺对COD的去除率可达到55%,其中Fenton氧化工艺COD去除率达到40%,BAF工艺COD去除率达到30%,出水水质能够稳定达标,系统运行费用约2.94元/t。传统Fenton氧化池的HRT可优化至3 h;BAF池在前2.5 h的停留时间内,对废水COD、氨氮的削减幅度相对较高,COD削减量可达到20%。
A kind of advanced treatment process of tail water in chemical industrial parks-the combined process Fenton+BAF is introduced.The process running effect shows that when the system influent COD is about 140 mg/L,the COD removing rate by the combined process can reach 55%,of which the COD removing rate by Fenton oxidation process reaches 40%,and that by BAF process reaches 30%.The effluent water quality can stably reach the stand-ard.The running cost of the system is about RMB 2.94 per ton.The HRT of traditional Fenton oxidation pond can be optimized to 3 h.Within the first 2.5 h of HRT time,the reduction range of wastewater COD and ammonia nitrogen of BAF pond is relatively high,the COD reduction capacity can reach 20%.
