摘要
从厌氧污泥中分离出一株氢自养反硝化细菌S1,通过模拟地下水环境,考察了硝酸盐浓度、碳源投加量、pH、温度、SO_4^(2-)浓度对该菌株脱氮性能的影响。结果表明,菌株S1为陶厄氏菌属,反硝化过程中最适碳源投加量为0.5 g/L。当NO_3^--N质量浓度>100 mg/L,pH=6或SO42-质量浓度>90 mg/L时,菌株对NO_3^--N的去除均受到抑制。pH在7~10范围内,随着pH升高,菌株反硝化速率增大;温度在10~30℃范围内,温度越高,菌株反硝化速率越快。
A strain of hydrogen autotrophic denitrification bacterium S1 has been isolated from anaerobic sludge.By means of simulating the groundwater environment,the influences of initial nitrate concentration,carbon source dos-age,pH,temperature and SO42-concentration on the denitrification capability of Strain S1 have been investigated.The results show that Strain S1 is identified as Thauera(AMXF01000339.1),and optimum carbon source dosage of Strain S1 for denitrification is 0.5 g/L.When NO3--N mass concentration is higher than 100 mg/L,and pH=6 or SO42-mass concentration higher than 90 mg/L,the removal of NO3--N by Strain S1 is inhibited.When the pH is in the ra-nge of 7-10,the denitrification rate of the strain increases with the raise of pH.When the temperature is in the range of 10 to 30℃,the higher the temperature,the faster the denitrification rate of the strain.
